If you want to end on Christmas Eve, start on Dec 13. If you want to end on Christmas Day, start on December 14. You can write on the dates on the squares to keep track of how many days until Christmas. Or write the Number of Days until Christmas by starting at the end.
Each square is perforated and you can press down on the bottom left side to punch through. You will find 1 stitch marker per day.
