Each bracelet has 4 charms and 1 crystal in the middle. The 4 charms include a Syringe, Stethoscope, Caduceus Symbol, and a Fancy Heart. The crystal's color is Clear Diamond. Sizes: The bracelet is available in 4 sizes - X-Small, Small, Medium, & Large. The measurement is the diameter of the bracelet.
X-Small> 50mm= Preteen
Small> 55mm= Fits up to 6.5" wrist
Medium> 60mm= Fits 6.5-8" wrist
Large> 65mm= Fits 8" plus wrist
The bracelet is made out of Stainless steel which is a durable, non-tarnish metal.
The charms are made of Zinc Alloy which can be polished with toothpaste if they become dull.
To put on, you can slide the coil sections together with the opposite hand you will put the bracelet over. Or you can simply pull it out to make it wider to slip over your hand. The bracelet will bounce back into shape. There is no way to bend it to make it smaller, so its usually better to choose a smaller size if you are in the middle of 2 sizes.
