X-Small> 50mm= Preteen

The bracelet is made out of Stainless steel which is a durable, non-tarnish metal.
To put on, you can slide the coil sections together with the opposite hand you will put the bracelet over. Or you can simply pull it out to slide to make it wider to slip over your hand. The bracelet will bounce back into shape. There is no way to bend it to make it smaller, so its usually better to choose a smaller size if you are in the middle of 2 sizes.
